Gift Card Policy

Overview

We only offer digital gift cards (physical gift cards are not available at this time). 

Here is the process to purchase, receive, and redeem a digital gift card…

1. Purchase the gift card here
2. Receive a five digit gift card code and printable PDF via email (normally within 5 minutes)
3. Share the gift card code with the recipient either by email or by printing the gift card’s downloadable PDF
4. The recipient may redeem the gift card code on our cart or checkout pages

The remaining balance on a gift card code can be checked any time here.

Terms & Conditions

Each digital gift card…

• Expires 12 months from the date of purchase
• Can be used multiple times provided it has an available balance (check the available balance here)
• Can be transferred to others
• Can be used to pay for our fort kits, replacement parts, shipping & handling, and sales tax
• Can be used with other discount codes
• Cannot be refunded and cannot have remaining balance cashed out
• Cannot be used with other gift card codes (contact help@makeafort.funhelp@makeafort.nl help@makeafort.co.ukhelp@makeafort.ca to combine gift card codes)
• Cannot be used to buy other gift cards

All refunds are refunded to the original payment method including gift card purchases. As an example, if a $100 purchase used a $25 gift card and a $75 credit card payment, a refund of this $100 purchase would refund $25 to a gift card and $75 to the original credit card.As an example, if a £100 purchase used a £25 gift card and a £75 credit card payment, a refund of this £100 purchase would refund £25 to a gift card and £75 to the original credit card.As an example, if a €100 purchase used a €25 gift card and a €75 credit card payment, a refund of this €100 purchase would refund €25 to a gift card and €75 to the original credit card.
